100 Banned Books: Censorship Histories of World Literature and the 4-volume set, Banned Books, with 4 volumes (Literature repressed on religious, sexual, social, and political grounds).

Ken
Wachsberger

This set of books rather thoroughly explores the ways that books have been banned, censured,--and their authors harassed--throughout History. Wachsberger is the general editor of the project. The number and variety of the examples are amazing, as are the types of the authors, who include Martin Luther and Martin Luther King, Mark Twain and Nelson Mandela, George Orwell, Ernest Hemingway, plus many others. The arrangements for the interview were completed during Banned Books Week.
